Shipping & Returns Policy

This page explains how we deliver books and how return and exchange requests are handled on Analytics Insight Books.

Shipping options

We offer the following shipping options:

• India: Standard delivery within 3 to 7 business days
• International: Standard delivery within 7 to 21 business days (varies by country and customs)

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and order value during checkout.

Order processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• You will receive an email confirmation after order confirmation and another when your order is shipped with a tracking link.

Delivery delays

Delays may occur due to:

• High order volume
• Festival or holiday seasons
• Customs clearance (for international orders)
• Weather or logistics issues

We will notify you if we expect a significant delay.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns for physical books under the following conditions:

• Return window: Within 15 days of delivery
• Condition: Book must be in original, unused condition with no damage
• Packaging: Book must be returned in its original packaging when possible

How to return a book

1. Contact us to request a return authorization.
2. Follow the instructions provided (including return address and documents).
3. Ship the book back at your own cost unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive and check the book, we will process the refund or exchange as per our Refund Policy.

Responsibility and tracking

• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if not sent with tracking.
• We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for returns.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged book or incorrect item:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
