Eligibility for refund
Refunds are available for:
- Physical books in original condition, unused, and returned within 15 days of delivery
- Orders that were not delivered within the promised timeframe
- Orders with incorrect items or wrong editions shipped by us
We do not provide refunds for:
- Books that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
- Books that are opened, written on, or show signs of heavy use
- Digital products (PDF, EPUB) once downloaded
- How to request a refund
To request a refund:

- with your order number and reason.
- If eligible, we will provide return instructions.
- Ship the book back in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will process the refund.
Refund method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non‑refundable items
- Digital downloads (PDF, EPUB, etc.) after access has been provided
- Custom orders or personalized content
- Books purchased during final sale / clearance events (unless faulty)
